My experience in supporting people includes, but is not limited to;

Peer support volunteer for a Pregnancy Sickness Charity.

Volunteer support worker for Young Devon.

Counselling within a Pregnancy Crisis Charity as a trainee counsellor.

I regularly undertake (and I am ethically bound by my membership body BACP) CPD workshops to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.

When I was younger I worked in law. I quickly realised the office life was not for me and began working within a school. It was here my interest in mental health and supporting people really started. A few years later, and with a lot more life experience under my belt, I started training to become a counsellor. I am passionate about mental health and believe our relationship with ourselves is central to our lives.

During my free time I love to spend time with my loved ones.

I adore animals of all shapes and sizes and regularly horse ride as well as getting out and about with my little dog.
